Dill a member of the Umbelliferae family, a large group of flowering herbs and spices. It contains many plant-derived chemical compounds that are known to have been anti-oxidant, disease preventing, and health promoting properties.
Dill Weed contains folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, ß-carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin-C. It has been used in the past to soothe an upset stomach.
