INGREDIENTS: :  organic gogi berries

 

CAFFEIN FREE

 

TASTE:  tart and sour

 

DIRECTIONS FOR TEAAdd a handful (apprx a 1/4 cup) of goji berries to a large glass of hot or cold water or herbal tea and let them sit and hydrate for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea and eat the hydrated berries, which are loaded with antioxidants.

 

BLENDS well with ginger
