DIRECTIONS FOR TEA: Add a handful (apprx a 1/4 cup) of goji berries to a large glass of hot or cold water or herbal tea and let them sit and hydrate for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea and eat the hydrated berries, which are loaded with antioxidants.
