Shipping Policy

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $59. To qualify, the order subtotal (after discounts and before taxes) must be $59 or more. For orders under $59, we offer a flat $5.99 shipping rate.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future and apologize for any inconvenience.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12 PM EST are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2-5 days for delivery. However, shipping delays can sometimes extend delivery to 7-10 days. We provide tracking so you can keep an eye on your package.

What if I entered the wrong shipping information?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can update the address for free. If it has already shipped, USPS charges a $15.95 fee for redirection. If your package is returned due to an invalid address, we’ll contact you and can re-ship it for $4.95.

Please double-check all order details, including billing, shipping, and product selections, before finalizing. If you notice an error, call or email us immediately. If your package is held at a courier depot for address correction, you’ll need to contact the carrier to reroute it.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, all orders are final once placed. To maintain the quality and speed of service you expect from Right Choice Organics, we cannot process cancellations, additions, or changes. Please review your order carefully before submitting!

However, since we have no order minimum, you’re always welcome to place another order if you forgot something.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

What if I never received my order?

Sometimes couriers pre-scan packages as delivered or make mistakes. Please allow 24 hours, as your package may still arrive. If it doesn’t, follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Check if someone else accepted the package (family, neighbors, coworkers).

  • Look around your delivery area (porch, steps, mailbox, etc.).

  • If using USPS, check your community mailbox.

  • Monitor your tracking for attempted deliveries or pickup notices.

If you still can’t locate your package, reach out to us, and we’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to file a claim.

What if My order is Damaged, Incorrect or Missing an Item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if an item is damaged, missing or if you received the wrong item.  A photograph of the damaged or incorrect product will need to be emailed to us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. At Right Choice Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Returned Orders:

If your order has already shipped and is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount minus the payment processing fee and any postage costs that were incurred for shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

For the safety and quality of our products, we do not accept returns on herbs, teas, herbal blends, and spice blends. While there is no universal law prohibiting food returns, many retailers—including us—choose to enforce this policy to prevent potential issues with spoilage, contamination, and compromised freshness.

Because our products are food items, they require proper storage and handling to maintain their integrity. Once shipped, we can no longer guarantee these conditions, which is why we cannot accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any concerns before placing an order.
